Payment Policy:

* 50% of total invoice value on confirmation. (booking will be confirmed on receipt of payment)
* Balance 50% should be paid 21 days prior to date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

21 days of arrival, no showsorearly checkout SH will retain / charge 100% of the total bookingvalue.
• Any Cancellation of confirmed booking should be in writing by E-mail.
• Cancellation 21 days prior to arrival : No Cancellation fee
• Less than 21 days-14 days :50% Cancellation fee
• Less than 14 days & No show : 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

* Our cancellation policy will be in effect at all times, however, in a pandemic or where flight restrictions prevail our policy for cancellation is as
follows:
* A change in dates allowed to existing reservations, subject to availability and rate differences.
